Caroline Frawley '85

The Brother Arthur A. Loftus Award for Outstanding Achievement

Caroline Frawley is a senior vice president in the supervision group at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.  Caroline has worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York for 36 years, and has held a variety of positions, from managing the credit risk management function/discount window and overseeing the credit risk management fuction in supervision, to supervising nonfinancial organizations (“SIFIs) while managing large teams of supervisors.    

Caroline is currently overseeing the five NY based SIFIs, and is a member of the Federal Reserve’s LISCC Operating Committee responsible for overseeing the eight SIFI’s in the U.S. She is also a member of the steering committee responsible for evaluating governance and controls for these same eight systemically important banks with the LISCC program.  Caroline served as a member of an advisory board for a technology company based in New Jersey, and served on the board of the Friends4Michael Foundation.    

She is married to Chris Frawley and has one son, Liam.
