Annette McLaughlin is Vice President of Talent for The Response Companies a recruiting and advisory services firm. She has been a guest speaker for the National Law Firm Marketing Association, Lee Hecht Harrison, New York State Bar Association, Fordham University, ASTD Westchester Chapter and other local organizations. Her diverse coaching, training and business experience provide a valuable resource for career management, development and transitions.

Roseann McSorley joined JPMorgan Chase as the Global Head of Business Resiliency. Previously she was Managing Director, Corporate Security and Business Continuity Management at Deutsche Bank. In that role, she was key in recovering Deutsche Bank after the World Trade Center attacks in September 2001. Roseann in a member of SIFMA Business Continuity Committee, a member of The Clearing House Business Continuity Planning Committee and she is a past Chairwoman of CPE. In her spare time, she is a member of the Bronx Red Cross Advisory Board and a Board member of the School of the Holy Child in Rye, NY. She earned her B.A. & M.S. from Iona College in New Rochelle, NY and graduated in 2009 from the Columbia University Senior Executive Program.
