Marian will share tips, tools and resources on how to become "adaptable” in addressing the inevitable changes we all confront at some point in our professional and personal lives.

Marian has over 20 years' experience working with major corporations, small businesses, nonprofits, educational institutions, government and individual clients. She is management consultant and a professional coach, having received her MBA in Marketing from Iona College and her coaching training at NYU. She provides career and professional development coaching and training for individual clients and organizations. Her passion is to inspire others to become empowered and reach their goals. A volunteer for many causes related to women, youth and education, she speaks on the topic of work/life balance for women and also offers group coaching "career clubs” for professionals in transition.
